In light of the recent situation of novel coronavirus infection, to prevent further spread in the community, our partner's delivery service TAI-Q-BIN just issued a special delivery arrangement, as explained below.
From 21 Jul, 2020 to 3 Aug, 2020 (subject to change depending on the actual situation), for all deliveries to residential addresses, door-to-door delivery service will be suspended and below arrangements will be implemented:
- Driver will pre-call consignee before arrival, and invite consignee to receive and sign for the parcel at the lobby or the ground floor of the building.
- In case consignee is not convenient/ unavailable to come to the lobby or the ground floor, upon consignee’s request and consent, driver will leave the parcel at the management office. However in such case, TAI-Q-BIN will not be able to provide any proof of delivery.
