INGREDIENTS

• Slightlty salted salmon – 200 g
  
• Fresh cucumber – 1
  
• Pickled cucumber – 3
  
• Carrot – 1 
  
• Small potato – 3 
  
• Onion – ½
  
• Canned peas – 200 gr
  
• Eggs – 3-4 
  
• Mayonnaise
  
• Herbs
  
• Salt
  
• Pepper
  
• Salmon roe
  

PREPARATION:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots.
   
2. Dice pickled and fresh cucumbers, boiled potatoes and carrots. Chop the onion finely. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
   
3. Add peas and diced boiled eggs
   
4. Stir with mayonnaise and cool.
   
5. Finely chop the salmon.
   
6. For serving, put salad on a plate. Add salmon, red caviar and herbs on top.
   
7. Enjoy!
