INGREDIENTS:
Boiled beetroot – 1 шт
Cucumber – 1 шт
Water – 300 мл
Fermented baked milk (ryazhenka) – 300 мл
Spring onion
Dill
Salt
Lemon juice
Hard boiled eggs – 2
PREPARATION:
2. Chop cucumbers and herbs finely.
4. Season with salt and lemon juice.
5. Serve with halves of a boiled egg.
