Take a fresh look at the traditional cold beetroot soup - kholodnik! Try to prepare it with fermented baked milk (ryazhenka). The tenderness of baked milk will add a special taste to the dish.
Boiled beetroot – 1 шт
Cucumber – 1 шт
Water – 300 мл
Fermented baked milk (ryazhenka) – 300 мл
Hard boiled eggs – 2
2. Chop cucumbers and herbs finely.
