INGREDIENTS:

Vodka Belenkaya – 1 L

Sugar – 100 g

Any berries: cranberry, black currant, raspberry, blackberry – 200 g

PREPARATION:

• Prepare berries: sort thoroughly, wash and dry well, spread on a paper towel. Then pour into a bowl and mash lightly with sugar.
• Add vodka to the berries and mix. Cover tightly with a lid or foil and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
• Strain the homemade tincture thoroughly. Cool and serve.
• If you want to get a richer taste of homemade berry liqueur, add less sugar to the berries, fill with vodka, close the container and leave at room temperature for a longer time (up to a week).
